钢筋锈蚀产物在界面处分布状态及成分

【摘要】 采用背散射电子成像及拉曼光谱微观手段,分析钢筋-混凝土界面处锈蚀产物的分布状态及成分。结果表明,锈蚀物分布不均,存在分区,按其产生次序为:20—50μm的锈蚀物与砂浆层混合区(一次锈蚀物),主要是针铁矿(FeOOH);10—20μm铁元素高浓区(二次锈蚀物),以赤铁矿(Fe2O3)为主并混有磁铁矿(Fe3O4);类似一次锈蚀物的锈蚀物层(三次锈蚀物),以赤铁矿为主并存在针铁矿。

【Abstract】 The distribute and composition of the rust at steel-concrete interface were researched by the microscopic methods Back Scatter Electron image(BSE),Energy depressive X-ray analysis(EDAX) and Laser Confocal Raman Microscope.The results showed that the rust distributes inhomogeneous and the ion element area was divided into zones evidently.The rust at the interface of steel/concrete in order is: initial rust zone,the mixture of the rust and mortar about 20—50 μm in width;the secondary rust zone,high density area of ion element about 10—20 μm in width;the final rust zone,similar as the initial rust.The Raman spectroscopes were done according to different zone,the component of the rust in each zone in order was the goethite(FeOOH),mixture of hematite(Fe 2O 3)and magnetite(Fe 3O 4)and mixture of hematiteand goethite.
