沥青混合料半圆弯曲试验力学特性数值分析
Mechanical Simulation of Semi-Circular Bending Test in Asphalt Mixtures
【摘要】 为了明确半圆弯曲试验(SCB)中试件厚度和直径、辊轴直径与支撑间距对试件力学响应的影响,分析内部应力随加载速率变化的规律,该文根据弹塑性力学原理,采用有限元软件ABAQUS,建立三维非线性有限元模型,对SCB试验进行数值模拟。计算结果表明:25 mm厚度的SGC试件对位移荷载有较好的力学响应;采用5 mm/s的加载速率、12 mm直径的辊轴能够得到较好的实验结果;SCB试验中采用马歇尔试件和旋转压实试件具有相同的力学响应特性。
【Abstract】 In order to specify the mechanical response of SCB specimen and influencing factors including thickness diameter of specimen,diameter of rollers,space between support rollers and load velocity,the elastic-plasticity theory was adopted as the material for constitutive framework in modeling the nonlinear response.Three-dimensional nonlinear models were set up in ABAQUS to simulate the SCB test.The numerical analysis results showed that 25 mm in thickness of SGC specimen was better than the others in mechanical response;5 mm/s was the best load velocity for SCB test;12 mm were better diameter of rollers than others for SCB test;In SCB test,the mechanical response of Marshall specimens were same to SGC specimens.
