带三维穿透裂纹结构的有限元实体建模方法
Solid Modeling Method for Structure with 3-D Straight Through Crack
【摘要】 介绍了ANSYS实体建模方法创建含三维穿透裂纹结构有限元模型的详细步骤。实体建模方法采取化整为零的思想,在整体模型上创建重合的裂纹部分,利用布尔运算整体模型分离为两大部分,对裂纹部分采取特殊的网格划分方法,非裂纹部分采用常规的自由网格划分,注意不同网格划分之间的过渡。并与逐节点生成单元的直接建模方法进行对比,结果表明:实体建模方法简单、效率高且易于实现,可以用于创建复杂结构裂纹体模型,并能保证应力强度因子求解精度。
【Abstract】 This paper introduced the detailed procedures of modeling a 3-D straight through crack with ANSYS solid modeling method.The method adopted the idea of break up the whole into parts.The crack part was established on the entire model.To separate the entire model into two main parts by Boolean operation,mesh the crack part with particular method and the non-crack part with routinely free mapped method and pay attention to the transition of different meshing method. A comparison with direct modeling method of nodes by nodes had also been made.The results showed that the solid modeling method was simple and efficient and could be carried on easily,it was suitable to establish complicated configured model and had a high precision guarantee of stress intensity factor.
