模具表面复合电刷镀修复与强化
Repairing and Intensifying the Die Surface by Composite Brush-plating Technology
【摘要】 介绍了一种修复H13压铸模具表面磨损缺陷的复合电刷镀工艺,并对镀层的组织结构和性能进行了研究。结果表明:在磨损失效的模具表面电刷镀Ni-Co-ZrO2复合镀层,可修复超差尺寸,并可提高模具表面的硬度、耐磨性和抗氧化性能。
【Abstract】 A new composite brush-plating technology was applied to repair the wear surface of the die casting dies of H13.The microstructure and performance of the coating has been analyzed.The results indicate that the composite coating Ni-Co-ZrO2 could be got through brush-plating process which not only repaired the oversize work piece but also intensified the surface hardness,wear resistant and oxygen resistant of dies.
