【Abstract】 The collaborative model for the supervision of student teaching that American Wilmington University and primary and secondary schools cooperate is the innovation based on original model.The new model tries to resolve drawback in old model,and do a contribution for the reform in education of primary and secondary schools and raising the trainee’s teaching practice quality as well.This model is a kind of teaching practice as a team,which requires teacher educators,cooperative teachers and student teachers to match each other closely.The assessment for teaching practice in this model is more objective,and the trainee’s team spirit and competence in interpersonal communication can also acquire exaltation.更多还原
