【摘要】 为了保持和不断提高教师的能力,以应对科技发展及教育问题日益复杂化的挑战,近年来,日本对原有的教师资格证制度进行了改革。改革措施主要包括:引入教师资格证书更新制度,实行严格的资格证颁发以及凭资格证录用制度;对新任教师和在职教师实施系统的培训,以及资格证的升级和定期更新。其成功经验对我国教师培养及管理制度的改革具有一定的启示意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to maintain and improve teachers’ ability as to face the challenge of scientific development and the complexity of education issues,the teachers’ qualification and certificate system in Japan has been reformed in recent years.The reform measures include such aspects as follows:introducing renewal teacher s’ qualification and certificate system,and implementing strict teachers’ qualification certificate authentication system and teachers’ recruitment system with teacher qualification certificate;carrying out new teachers’ training and in-service teachers’ training systematically,and upgrading and renewal of teachers’ qualification certificate.Their successful experience can provide some inspiration for teacher education and teacher management system reform in China.更多还原
