多元回归模型在商品住宅价格分析中的应用
Application of the Multiple Regression Model in the Housing Price Analysis
【摘要】 房地产价格特别是商品住宅价格是现在经济关注的热点。影响商品住宅价格的因素十分复杂。本文以济南商品住宅市场数据为基础,运用数理分析方法对济南商品住宅价格的影响因素进行了分析并建立多元回归分析模型。
【Abstract】 Real estate prices,particularly economic house prices are hot topic in economic area,but the factors influence the prices are very complicated.Based on the analysis of Ji’nan housing market data,this paper establishes multiple regression model using mathematical method and analyzed the factors influence its price.
