【Abstract】 This thesis tacklers upon the issue of Single Disease ( a weird reimbursement policy in China, which is introduced in the wake of the PPS and DRG system of America, and which remains experimental after over 20 years’ itch of R&D) from the perspectives of nomenclature, policy making, pragmatics which contribute to the ambiguity of its definition and loopholes concerning its understandability.
