【摘要】 目的:了解新型农村合作医疗试点县农民卫生服务利用公平性的现状,探索提高卫生服务利用公平性的途径。方法:利用分层整群抽样的方法,对云南省3个试点县(市)的3374户农户共计13468人进行了卫生服务需要和利用情况的调查。结果:将调查农民按人均收入从低到高分为5组,分别计算不同经济收入水平农民的卫生服务利用指标,用集中指数CI表示利用指标在不同经济收入组的公平性,结果过去一年住院率和需住院而未住院的比例在不同经济收入的农户间存在一定的不公平,住院率随收入增加而增高,而需住院而未住院的比例则相反。结论:新型农村合作医疗的实施提高了农民住院服务的利用水平,但卫生服务的利用在不同经济收入间存在一定的不公平,建议在制定实施方案时给予一定的关注。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the equity of health care services utilization among peasants in the pilot counties of the new rural cooperative medical system in Yunnan province, in order to explore the way of improvement of equity on health care services utilization. Methods Stratified cluster sampling technique was used to select sample. The sample size in the three counties was 3 374 peasant’s households, and totally 13 468 persons. Results several indices were calculated in 5 groups which ordered by their average income. The results showed that there was inequitableness in hospitalization among different income groups. The hospitalization rate increased with the income increasing, and non -use in -patients services decreased with the increasing of income. Conclusion The hospitalization among peasants was encouraged by the implement of the new rural cooperative medical system, but it was inequitable among different income groups. It should pay more attention about improving health care equity when making health policies.更多还原
