【摘要】 我国财政卫生支出水平直接关系到居民卫生筹资的公平性,而对财政卫生支出的地区性不平等问题学术探讨较少。运用泰尔指数研究表明:近年来我国三大经济带之间、经济带内部省际之间财政卫生支出的差距呈日益缩小趋势,而经济最为发达的东部地区省际财政卫生支出的差异是造成全国财政卫生支出分布不均衡的重要原因。缩小全国财政卫生支出的差异,实现卫生筹资的地区公平,关键在于缩小三大地区内部省际差异,尤其应该采取措施缩小东部地区省际差距。更多还原

【Abstract】 Our country’s finance disbursement of health care level has the direct relationship with the equity of theinhabitants’ funds rising, but there are few academic discussions on the interlocal inequality of Chinese financedisbursement of health care. Indicated from the Theil Index: Recently, the disparity of the three economical areas and thoseinternal provinces’finance disbursement of health care have tended to be reduced day by day. The reason that why the wholenational finance disbursement of health care is imbalance is that there are several finance disbursement of health caredifferences among the interprovincial interior the most developed eastern area. If we want to shorten the national financehygiene disbursement’s difference, and to realize the health care fund raised to be fair though in different areas, the key isto shorten the differences among the provinces in the three big local areas, especially should adopts some measures to shortenthe differences among the provinces in the eastern area.更多还原
