【摘要】 目的:探讨健康体检经费支付情况。方法:采用描述性统计分析方法,对山东省某综合医院健康体检中心体检经费来源情况进行了分析。结果:单位出资是健康体检的主要经费来源,个人自费查体的比例较低;体检行为很大程度上受支付方式的影响。结论:通过多种形式,构建政府、单位和个人三方统筹的筹资模式;将定期健康体检纳入基本医疗服务,进一步做好二级预防,缓解"看病难、看病贵"的社会问题,提高全民健康素质。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the financing sources for health examination. Methods Using descriptive statistical method to analyze the financing sources for health examination. Results The main financing source is the work unit; Personal expenditure is at a low level; Health examination is mainly effected by the financing sources. Conclusion To build a reasonable financing sources model which co-ordinate the government,units and individuals through various forms.
