【摘要】 目的:比较新医疗服务价格执行前后医疗费用和费用结构的变化,初步分析和评价其合理程度,提出改进建议。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,抽取4个科室2005—2006年度和2006—2007年度的常见病种共1000例,并用SPSS13.0软件统计分析。结果:2006—2007年度各病种床位费、治疗费、检查费和手术费用下降;诊疗费、护理费、化验费和西药费上升;各病种总费用比例较大的仍然是治疗费、手术费和西药费,分别达到了16.24%、34.25%和20.87%,治疗费和手术费得到了较好的控制。结论:各病种收费制度和住院费用构成比逐步调整至合理,仍有待进一步改进。更多还原

【Abstract】 To compare with changes between health service charges and its structure after new service prices carried out.Analysis and evaluate the reasonable level about that and give the advices to improve.This study found that the new Health Service Charges Standard which is executed by authorities lowed expends of treatment,health check and surgery etc.Meanwhile,its structure was improved gradually.And more reform methods and improved advices are necessary.更多还原
