电力数据采集A/D转换器的选择方案
Choice scheme of electric power data-acquisition ADC
【摘要】 本文先从ADC的技术参数、采样误差和采样方法几个方面阐述了电能测量时,ADC的选择必须有足够的动态范围去满足信号的最高的幅度,同时又要保持足够的位数去获得必须的准确度。而且,它的采样速率必须足够的高,以便于采样信号中的最高频率成分。MAX125是高速4通道差动输入的14位同步采样A/DC芯片,它每次采集可以输入四路差动模拟量信号,在采/保电路作用下,依次进行A/D转换,每个通道的A/D转换需要3μs,文中通过实例说明MAX125在电能质量测量中是完全胜任的。
【Abstract】 This paper elaborates the ADC has to be had enough dynamic state and keep enough number and have enough high sample velocity when the electric power measure firstly.The MAX125 is high-speed 4 passageses and 14 synchronous sample A/DC chip,it’s conversion of each passage needs 3μs,this paper illuminates MAX125 is competent completely in measure of the electric power quality.
