无接触永磁齿轮传动机构发展综述

【摘要】 普通齿轮传动存在摩擦、噪音、效率低等缺点;无接触永磁齿轮变速传动以能够削弱这些缺点而引起人们的关注。对永磁齿轮发展进行综述。介绍常见的变速传动方式以及永磁齿轮发展历程,阐述永磁齿轮的工作原理及其基本结构。

【Abstract】 Gear power transmission is the most common way of variable speed transmission,the theory is still not changed many years,shifting the speed and transmitting the energy is accomplished by direct contact teeth,resulting in friction,noise and low efficiency,Whereas non-contact variable speed transmission based on permanent magnetic gear nowadays draw people’s attention for reducing such defects.This article summarized the development of permanent magnetic gear.Firstly,introduced the meaning of studying it,and ordinary ways of variable speed transmission.Then the course of its development.Finally,expounded the operating principle and fundamental structure.
