有限转角直流力矩电机位置伺服驱动器设计

【摘要】 介绍了有限转角直流力矩电机在天然气发动机中的应用。作为天然气发动机电子调速系统的关键组成部分,电机位置伺服驱动器技术一直由外国公司垄断。利用MC9S12型单片机,结合电机位置反馈和电枢电流检测,研制出数字式PWM电机位置伺服驱动器。驱动器充分利用单片机的内嵌资源,在软件上实现了伺服系统经典的位置、速度和电流三闭环控制策略。试验结果表明,系统取得了较高的控制精度,并具有结构简单、参数调整方便等优点,成功应用于生产实践。

【Abstract】 The application of DC limited angle torque motor on natural gas engine has been discussed at the beginning of the paper.The position servo driver is an important component of the digital speed governor system utilized on natural gas engine and it is always technical monopoly of some foreign companies.The PWM servo driver based on a digital controller MC9S12 produced by Freescale has been designed with position and current feedback.The driver realizes classic three-loop control method including position loop,speed loop and current loop PID computation by making full use of embedded resources of MCU.The precision of this system was proved by experiments and it’s easy to regulate parameters with simple structure and stabile performance.The experiments data are listed at the end.
