具有非平衡变换功能的CMOS LNA设计
Design of CMOS Low-Noise Amplifier With Active Balun
【摘要】 采用TSMC 0.18μm CMOS工艺设计了一个工作在2.4GHz上,具有非平衡变换功能的低噪声放大器。电路由两级构成,第一级主要实现高增益低噪声,第二级主要实现非平衡变换的功能。仿真结果显示噪声系数小于1dB,增益大于28.5dB,输入三截交调点为-10.27dBm,输出差分信号相位误差小于0.2°,增益差小于0.1。
【Abstract】 A 2.4GHz Low Noise Amplifier(LNA) with active balun using TSMC 0.18μm CMOS process has been designed.The circuit is composed of two stages,the first stage is designed to achieve low noise figure and high gain while the second stage mainly to act as the desired balun.Simulation results of this circuit include a gain of 30.9 dB,noise figure of 0.936 dB and an IIP3 of-10.27dBm.Phase error is better than 0.2°,while gain error is below 0.1dB.
