大型船舶挂舵臂充型与传热耦合的计算机模拟及优化
Computer Simulation and Optimization on Mold filling and Solidification Process for the Rudder Horn of Large Ship
【摘要】 根据铸造工艺设计人员的经验,设计了大型船舶挂舵臂铸钢件初始工艺,应用华铸CAE软件对其进行了充型与传热耦合的数值模拟。在此基础上对其铸造工艺进行了工艺优化。结果表明:合理配置冒口、冷铁、阶梯式浇注系统等,可以保证铸件符合顺序凝固,生产出符合船级社标准的挂舵臂铸钢件。
【Abstract】 Primordial technology for rudder horn steel castings of large ship has been designed according to the experiences of technological designer and simulated by using HUA ZHU CAE software. Based on the computer simulation,the design of the castings has been optimized by analyzing the simulation result. the result shows that the riser、chill and gating are allocated reasonably, and castings direct solidification can be ensured. Therefore the rudder horn steel casting could be produced according to classification of vessel standard.
