【Abstract】 In-situ reaction preparing technique is a hot-point in the research of metal matrix composites (MMCs).This paper reviews the methods of preparation by in-situ reaction technique, includes SHS, XD,CR,VLS,DIMOX,MA,LSM,PRIMEX methods and the preparing method of in-situ surface composite layer.
