AZ91D镁合金微弧氧化工艺参数的研究
The research on technical parameters optimization of AZ91D Magnesium Alloy Micro-arc Oxidation
【摘要】 微弧氧化技术是一种在金属表面原位生长陶瓷膜的先进成形技术,是镁合金表面处理技术的重点发展方向,微弧氧化过程复杂,选择合适的工艺参数,优化工艺过程,对进一步提高膜层的性能来说至关重要。本课题通过试验研究了电流密度、占空比、频率和氧化时间对AZ91D镁合金陶瓷膜性能的影响,对工艺参数进行了优化。试验结果表明,AZ91D镁合金微弧氧化最佳的工艺参数:电流密度为1.0A/dm2、频率为600Hz、占空比为20%、微弧氧化时间为20min。
【Abstract】 Micro-arc oxidation is an advanced surface protective treatment technology of forming ceramic coatings on the metals. It is a development direction of magnesium alloy surface treatment technology. The processes of Micro-arc oxidation is complicated and chooses suitable process parameters, and optimize the process to further improve the performance of the oxidation coating is essential. In this paper through a lot of tests, studies current density, frequency, duty cycle and oxidation time on the AZ91D ceramic coating. The result of experiment shows, best technical parameters is: current density 1.0 A/dm2, frequency 600 Hz, duty cycle 20%, oxidation time 20min.
