【摘要】 特种消失模铸造技术是指消失模铸造技术与其他技术复合而成的新型消失模铸造技术。主要阐述了压力消失模铸造、真空低压消失模铸造、振动消失模铸造、半固态消失模铸造、消失模壳型铸造和消失模悬浮铸造等几种特种消失模铸造技术的原理、特点及研究应用现状,认为各特种消失模铸造具有各自的技术优势,但也存在各自的缺点,需要从理论和实践上进行大量的研究工作;如果能发挥他们的技术优势,会有非常广阔的应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 The special lost foam castings are some new lost foam casting processes that combined the lost foam casting with other casting process. In this paper, the authors introduce their principle, characteristic and research actuality of some special lost foam casting processes including pressurized lost foam casting, low pressure lost foam casting,vibrating lost foam casting, semi-solid lost foam casting,lost foam-shell casting and lost foam suspend casting. Any special lost foam casting process has its technology advantages, but still possesses their faults. In order to play them into application there would be much work to do.
