消失模铸造泡沫珠粒射料充填过程的三维数值模拟
Numerical Simulation of Filling Process in Lost Foam Casting
【摘要】 建立了欧拉/拉格朗日离散颗粒模型,采用数值模拟方法,研究了消失模铸造泡沫珠粒射料充填过程中稠密气固两相流动的流体动力特性,并将数值模拟结果与试验结果进行对比,表明该方法可以有效地模拟射料充填过程中泡沫珠粒的运动。
【Abstract】 The Euler/Lagrange model was established to simulate the fluidity of gas-solid phase in filling process of foam bead in lost foam casting. Meanwhile,the experiment of filing process was performed. The results show that the simulated results is well in agreement with experimental ones,confirming the availability of the model.
