超低碳双相不锈钢导叶体精密铸造工艺

【摘要】 采用陶瓷型精密铸造、树脂砂、水玻璃砂混合铸造工艺制造双相不锈钢导叶体。11个叶片由整体型芯铸出,提高了铸件的尺寸精度、位置精度,降低了表面粗糙度,实现了少无切削,保留了铸件表面铸造致密组织层,提高了导叶体耐蚀、耐压、耐磨等力学性能,提高了导叶体的使用寿命,缩短了制造周期。

【Abstract】 Super-low carbon two phase stainless steel impeller body was produced successfully by ceramic mold investment casting combining with resin sand and sodium silicate sand casting. Eleven blades were cast by the whole casting mold,which can improve the dimensional precision,position precision and surface roughness of the impeller body. In addition,sound structure layer in impeller body surface can be reserved due to cutting-free,which improves the corrosion resistance,anti-pressure and wear resistance of the impeller body and increase the service life as well as shortening product period.
