电磁场对Al-1Si合金冷却曲线及凝固组织的影响
Effects of Electromagnetic Field on the Cooling Curve and Solidification Structure of Al-Si Alloy
【摘要】 研究了工频电磁场对水平连铸Al-1Si合金凝固曲线和铸坯凝固组织的影响。通过在水平连铸过程中对合金冷却曲线的测量可知,施加100A的工频电磁场后,合金的开始结晶温度由未施加电磁场时的645℃上升到656.4℃,而且凝固时间缩短,结晶温度间隔变小。施加电磁场后,凝固组织得到了细化,励磁电流值的逐步增大使凝固组织更加细化均匀,但当励磁电流达到120A时,组织又发生粗化现象。
【Abstract】 Effects of electromagnetic field on the cooling curve and solidification structure of Al-Si alloy were described.The cooling curves of alloy in horizontal continuous casting were measured.The results indicate that with alternative electromagnetic field,the initial solidification temperature of the alloy can be increased from 645 ℃ to 656.4 ℃,narrowing the temperature interval,and the solidification time is shortened.In addition,the solidification structure of Al-Si alloy can be evidently refined with exerting electromagnetic field,which is more and more refined and homogenized with the increase of exciting current to 120A.However,the solidification structure can be coarsened with exciting current increasing to 120 A.
