WC对铁基激光熔覆层微观组织与磨损性能的影响
Effects of WC on the Microstructure and Wear Resistance of Fe-based Laser-cladding Coating
【摘要】 采用同步送粉方式,在45号钢基材上制备了WC添加量分别为0、2.5%、3.5%、4.0%、4.5%和5.0%的铁基合金熔覆层。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、电子探针(EPMA)、X射线衍射(XRD)、显微硬度计、耐磨试验研究了不同WC加入量对熔覆层组织结构、硬度、磨损性能的影响。结果表明,WC的熔入主要影响熔覆层枝晶间组织,增加了W2C相。适量的WC加入可以形成大量细小的硬质相颗粒,从而提高铁基合金熔覆层的硬度与耐磨性。
【Abstract】 The laser cladding of Fe-based alloy with different content of WC including 0,2.5%,3.5%,4.0%,4.5% and 5.0%,on a 45 steel substrate has been performed by a laser with automatic powder feeding system.The microstructure,micro-hardness and wear resistance of the coating have been investigated by means of scanning electron microscope(SEM),electron probe micro-analysis(EPMA),X-ray diffraction(XRD),micro-hardness tester and wear testing.The results indicate that the WC addition mainly change the interdendrite of the coating and form W2C phase.The hardness and wear resistance of the Fe-based alloy can be greatly improved as a result of the generation of amounts of finer particle with appropriate WC content.
