退火工艺对CuAl合金高温氧化速率的影响
Effects of Annealing Treatment on Oxidation Rate of Cu-Al Alloy at High Temperature
【摘要】 采用SEM、EPMA和SIMS研究了不同退火工艺对Cu-1.0Al合金高温氧化速率的影响。结果表明,CuAl合金在氢气氛下退火后,表面生成了Al2O3氧化膜,合金抗氧化能力得到明显提高。退火温度及冷却速率对合金的高温抗氧化能力有很大的影响;退火温度越高,冷却速率越慢,形成的Al2O3氧化膜越致密并且与基体结合的越好,合金的抗氧化能力越好。其中,CuAl合金在900℃以0.6℃/min冷却退火后合金的抗氧化能力最好。
【Abstract】 Effects of annealing treatment on oxidation rate of Cu-1.0Al alloy at high temperature were investigated by SEM,EPMA and SIMS.The results reveal that the oxidation resistance of the alloy at high temperature is greatly strengthened as a result of the creation of Al2O3 film in the surface with annealing at H2 atmosphere,which is improved obviously due to forming more sound Al2O3 film and more strenghened bonding with the matrix with increasing annealing temperature and decreasing the cooling rate.The desirable oxidation resistance of alloy can be presented with annealing at 900 ℃ and cooling at 0.6 K/min.
