γ射线及电子束辐射预硫化天然橡胶的比较研究
Comparison Study on Irradiation Precuring NR of γ-ray and Electron Beam
【摘要】 以天然橡胶(NR)为基材,分别采用γ射线和电子束辐射技术对其进行辐射预硫化,比较了两种辐射预硫化工艺下,NR的交联密度、格林强度及硫化速度随吸收剂量的变化趋势,并对比了γ射线和电子束辐射预硫化对材料最终力学性能的影响。结果表明:两种辐射方式下NR的辐射预硫化效应相似;在辐射预硫化剂量范围内,随着吸收剂量增大,NR的交联密度和格林强度增加,硫化速度基本不受吸收剂量的影响;辐射预硫化与未辐射预硫化的NR相比,完全硫化后,硫化胶力学性能相差不大。
【Abstract】 Natural rubber(NR)was precured by γ-ray or electron beam(EB)irradiation.The crosslinking degree,green strength and heat curing speed of NR precured by the two irradiation methods were compared at different absorbed doses.And the effects of two irradiation precuring methods on the final mechanical properties were evaluated.The results showed that the irradiation precuring effects of NR was similar by γ-ray or electron beam(EB).The crosslinking degree and green strength of NR were heightened and the heat curing speed was not changed when the absorbed doses were increased.The final mechanical properties were not significantly differed between the irradiation precuring and non-irradiation precuring of NR.
