金属材料常温高压氢脆研究进展
HYDROGEN EMBRITTLEMENT OF METALLIC MATERIALS IN HIGH-PRESSURE HYDROGEN AT NORMAL TEMPERATURE
【摘要】 安全经济的氢气储运技术是氢能利用推向实用化、产业化的关键,35~75MPa高压储氢是现阶段可以商用的一种储氢方式。金属材料长期在常温高压氢环境中使用,可能出现氢脆现象,进而引发脆性破坏事故。该文以国内外的研究成果为基础,介绍常温高压氢脆机理,着重分析几种金属的抗氢脆性能,并提出若干关于我国压力容器常用金属抗氢脆性能研究的建议。
【Abstract】 The safe and economical hydrogen storage technology is the linchpin of boosting the practicality and industrial- ization of hydrogen energy utilization.The high-pressure hydrogen storage at 35~70MPa is an available method for com- mercialization at present.Hydrogen embrittlement of metallic materials may occur after long-term serving in high-pressure hydrogen at ambient temperature,and cause brittle broken accident.In order to insure the long-term safe and reliable op- eration of high-pressure hydrogen storage system,hydrogen embrittlement of metallic materials in high-pressure hydrogen at normal temperature should be taken into account.The mechanism of hydrogen embrittlement in high-pressure hydrogen at normal temperature was introduced,the hydrogen compatibility of several materials was analyzed,the hydrogen com- patibility of several materials was analyzed,and useful suggestions for the hydrogen compatibility research of pressure ves- sel materials were put forward in the paper.
