【摘要】 体育无形资产、体育知识产权和体育无形财产权是3个联系紧密而含义略有差别的概念,在对无形资产、知识产权和无形财产权做出基本界定的基础上,专门分析体育无形资产和体育知识产权的概念和内容,对体育无形资产、体育知识产权和体育无形财产权之间的关系进行研究。研究认为,体育无形资产以知识产权为主要表现形式,也有部分内容不属于体育知识产权的范畴;大部分体育知识产权可以认定为体育无形资产,也有部分内容不是现实的体育无形资产;体育无形资产与体育无形财产权的关系也是大部分内容相互交叉,相互包含;体育无形财产权可以认为是体育知识产权的上位概念,两者是包含与被包含的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The concepts of sports intangible assets,sports intellectual property rights and sports intangible property rights have very close relation,but little difference.On the base of defining the intangible assets and intellectual property rights and intangible property rights,this paper analyzed the concepts and contents of sports intangible assets and sports intellectual property rights,and then studied the relation among sports intangible assets and sports intellectual property rights and sports intangible property rights.As a conclusion,the relation between sports intangible assets and sports intellectual property rights is intercrossed and included each other;the relation between sports intangible assets and sports intangible property rights is similar to the relation between sports intangible assets and sports intellectual property rights;and the relation between sports intangible property rights and sports intellectual property rights is the former contains the latter and the latter is the most important component of the former.更多还原
