运动对抗骨质疏松的动物实验研究及计算机模拟

【摘要】 选用成年Sd大鼠通过悬吊和去势的方法,建立骨质疏松模型,用自行研制的动态加载装置对SD大鼠每天加栽15 min,每周5天,持续8周,然后用生化指标、生物力学性能和形态计量学3种检测方法,得到了运动对抗骨质疏松的实验数据。结果显示,大鼠胫骨有明显的骨生长,并且生物力学性能有明显提高,能够有效对抗骨质疏松。通过动物实验的方法取得运动对防治骨质疏松的实验数据,为人体运动防治骨质疏松提供实验依据,并结合骨质疏松的计算机模拟,指导人们运动防治骨质疏松。

【Abstract】 The model of osteoporosis is established by means of suspension and emasculation of the adult SD white rat.The dynamic loaded equipment is used to load the white rat 15 minutes and 5 days per week,whieh lasts 8 weeks.Afterwards,the experimental data of the effect of exercise on preventing osteoporosis is collected by using three detecting methods,biochemical criterion,the performance of biology mechanics and the morphological metrology.The result shows that the biology mechanics is improved greatly as well as the white rat’s tibia gets an obvious growth,which can prevent the osteoporosis efficiently.Through the animal experimen- tal,the experimental data about the effect of sports on preventing osteoporosis is obtained, which can doubtlessly provide the experimental foundation for the prevention and cure of osteo- porosis through human body motion and direct human athletics to prevent osteoporosis with the combination of the osteoporosis computer simulation.
