安徽省社会体育指导员的职业结构与执业现状
Vocational Structure and Status Quo of Social Sports Instructors in Anhui Province
【摘要】 采用文献、问卷调查和数理统计等方法,对安徽省社会体育指导员基本现状进行调查,结果表明:安徽社会体育指导员队伍在职业结构、职业培训、执业效果等方面存在与社会需求的矛盾。为此提出了相应对策。
【Abstract】 By the methods of documentation,questionnaire and statistics,the article focuses on the status quo of the social sports instructors in Anhui Province.The result shows that the contradiction exists between the vocational structure,vocational training,practice effects and the demands of the society.Suggestions are put forward.
