同轴单搭接胶接接头力学性能的研究
Research on the mechanical behavior of coaxially bonded single lap joint
【摘要】 利用有限元方法研究了偏轴单搭接胶接接头和同轴单搭接胶接接头的力学性能,结果表明:同轴单搭接胶接接头可以使接头趾部的弯矩为零,进而有效地降低剥离应力的峰值和减轻剪切应力的集中程度,是一种极为合理的胶接接头形式。
【Abstract】 Finite element method is applied to study the mechanical behaviors of bonded single lap eccentric-joint and bonded single lap coaxial-joint. The results showed that bonded single lap coaxial-joint subjected to no bending moment can effectively decrease the peak value of peel stress and reduce the degree of shear stress concentration, and thus it could be a reasonable form of adhesive joint.
