【摘要】 目的探讨血液灌流对急性中毒的治疗方法及观察其护理要点。方法选取53例患者采用单泵及丽珠HA330湿式灌流器在床旁进行血液灌流治疗。结果53例中治愈52例,死亡1例,无1例中毒反跳。结论对于重度药物或毒物中毒,除内科综合治疗外,早期进行血液灌流,可提高抢救成功率。单泵血液灌流设备及操作简单,可在基层医院推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the curative method of hemoperfusion in the treatment of acute poisoning and observe its nursing points.Methods Choose 53 patients and treat them at the beside by hemoperfusion using a single-pump and Rachel HA330.Results Among 53 cases 52 were cured,1 was dead,and there was no poisoning rebound.Conclusion For severe drug or toxic poisoning,in addition to unified medicine therapy,hemoperfusion in an early period can improve survival rate.Hemoperfusion single-pump equipment and its simple operation,can promote the spreading use in primary hospital.更多还原
