【摘要】 目的研究血浆置换(plasma exchange,PE)对重型病毒性肝炎患者凝血功能改善的临床意义。方法应用血浆置换治疗青岛市传染病医院重型病毒性肝炎患者62例,分别于治疗前后检测患者血液中的凝血功能及肝功能指标变化。结果血浆置换治疗后,重型肝炎患者的凝血功能及肝功能明显改善,PTA及胆碱酯酶(CHE)明显升高,血清胆红素和ALT、AST水平明显下降。结论血浆置换治疗可以改善重型肝炎患者的肝功能和凝血功能。凝血功能指标的提升是重型肝炎患者好转的重要指标。动态观察上述指标的变化可作为判断病情进展和预后的可靠依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of plasma exchange on the coagulation function in patients with severe viral hepatitis.Methods 62 patients with severe viral hepatitis were treated by plasma exchange,hepatic function and thromboplastic function were determined,and test data of the subsequent day after PE was compared with the data before treatment.Results After treated by plasma exchange,hepatic function and thromboplastic function of patients with severe viral hepatitis improved obviously.PTA and choline esterase(CHE)increased obviously while serum bilirubin,ALT,AST decreased.Conclusion Plasma exchange treatment can improve hepatic function and thromboplastic function in patients with severe viral hepatitis.To observe the difference of above-mentioned index dynamically can decide disease development and prognosis.更多还原
