188ReN核配合物制备新方法研究
New Method for Preparation of Nitrido-188Re Complexes
【摘要】 以丁二酰肼(SDH)作为N给予体,SnCl2作为还原剂,加入188ReO4-,在草酸存在下,制得产率大于95%的188Re≡N核中间体化合物。并在此基础上,制得了放化纯度大于90%的新型配合物188ReN-NEPT-DD(2,2,9,9-四甲基-4,7-二氮-4-乙撑哌啶-1,10-二硫癸烷)。该配合物具有较好的体外稳定性,室温放置48h后,放化纯度仍>90%。
【Abstract】 2+int was obtained easily in high yield(>95%) by using SDH(succinic dihydrazide) as a nitride donor(N3-),SnCl2·2H2O as a reducing agent and oxalic acid as an accelerator.Furthermore,a new compound 188ReN-NEPTDD was prepared with the radiochemical purity over 90%.The compoud was in vitro highly stable.
