辅以ETM的MODIS水稻种植面积监测研究
Monitoring of Paddy Plantation Area on the County-Level with ETM-Assisted MODIS
【摘要】 基于方红亮等人利用线性统计模型结合TM和AVHRR提取湖北省水稻面积的思想,本文以江苏省吴江市为例,探索了ETM协助下的新一代卫星传感器MODIS在更小空间尺度及时监测水稻种植面积的方法。结果表明:2005年MODIS影像解译的吴江市水稻面积为322.97 km2,而同年ETM影像解译的吴江市水稻面积为252.79 km2,二者的线性比例关系(ATM/AMODIS)为0.7827,并利用此线性统计模型修正后的吴江2000—2004年水稻种植面积分别为:368.36、315.21、297.50、237.77、261.14 km2和252.79 km2,此结果比相应实际的县级统计资料高约30%,这也与国内外的研究结果基本相一致,而且辅以ETM的MODIS提取的水稻种植面积和县级统计面积呈极显著的线性相关(R2=0.9873,RMSE=163.1067),说明此方法可能在中小空间尺度监测水稻种植面积具有较好的应用潜力。
【Abstract】 In order to estimate total area of the paddy fields in Wujiang County,a method using MODIS assisted with ETM was tested to monitor variation of the area of paddy fields within a smaller spatial scale.The acreage of paddy fields in 2005 was estimated at 322.97 km2 through interpretation of MODIS images,but at 252.79 km2 through interpretation of of ETM images.The linear proportion relationship(ATM/AMODIS) between the two was 0.7827.The estimation modified with the linear statistical model turned out to be 368.36,315.21,297.50,237.77,261.14 and 252.79 km2,in the years from 2000 to 2005.The results were about 30% higher than the county-level statistical data available from the Wujiang Agriculture Bureau,which was more or less the same as the research findings abroad.The acreage reckoned with the method of ETM-MODIS demonstrated an extremely significant linear relationship with the county-level statistics(R2=0.9873,RMSE=163.1067),suggesting that the method is highly applicable to monitoring variation of the acreage of paddy fields within a medium-and small-spatial scale.
