流动注射化学发光法测定决明子中总蒽醌含量
Flow injection chemiluminescence in determination of anthraquinones in Cassia obtusifolia
【摘要】 目的建立流动注射—蒽醌抑制化学发光测定蒽醌化合物的新方法。方法蒽醌在碱性溶液中形成一种红色物质,该物质对化学发光体系有显著的抑制作用,且抑制的程度与蒽醌浓度呈线性关系,快速测定蒽醌类化合物。结果在最佳实验条件下,测得线性范围为0.00863~10.00μg/ml,检出限为2.59 ng/ml,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.4%。结论本法用于测定中药决明子中总蒽醌的含量,结果令人满意。
【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a flow injection chemiluminescence(CL) analysis method for the determination of anthraquinones.Methods: This method was based on the remarkable decrease of luminescent properties of the luminol-KMnO4 system in alkaline medium.The optimized experimental conditions were evaluated and the possible mechanism was discussed.Results: The CL decrease was linearly related to the concentration of anthraquinones in the range of 0.00863~10.00μg/mL with a detection limit of 2.59ng/mL.The relative standard deviation(RSD) was 2.4% obtained from a series of 11 standards each containing 5.00μg/mL of anthraquinone.Conclusion: The proposed method is successfully applied to the determination of anthraquinones in Cassia obtusifolia.
