【摘要】 目的探讨腰椎间盘突出症患者行腰椎牵引时对血压的影响。方法对46例腰椎间盘突出症患者行腰椎牵引术的临床数据进行回顾性总结。结果46例患者在牵引过程中的不同时间内血压均有升高。结论腰椎牵引过程中细心观察患者变化,随时监测血压是预防因牵引造成意外发生不可缺少的措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of lumbar disc herniation on blood pressure in patients with lumbar traction. Methods:The clinical data of forty-six cases of lumbar disc herniation in patients with lumbar traction were analyzed retro- spectively.Results:In the 46 cases of patients with traction in the course of time,the blood pressure increased.Conclu- sion:The careful observation of changes of the patients in the process of lumbar traction and the blood pressure monitoring at any time are the indispensable measures to prevent accidents caused by traction.更多还原
