【摘要】 目的研究咬合重建及局部封闭对颞下颌关节紊乱病治疗的临床效果。方法选择伴有一侧后牙缺失且未修复的颞下颌关节紊乱病(TMD)病人90例,随机分为义齿修复治疗组、局部封闭治疗组、义齿修复联合局部封闭治疗组。局部义齿修复治疗组:缺失后牙给予符合生理要求的修复体,配合对症治疗。局部封闭治疗组:2%利多卡因1 ml+醋酸强的松龙混悬液0.5 ml(12.5 mg)行痛点封闭,每周1次,3次为一疗程。义齿修复联合局部封闭治疗组:以上两种方法联合应用。结果义齿修复治疗组有效率达93.33%,局部封闭治疗组有效率达73.33%。义齿修复联合局部封闭治疗组有效率达96.67%。结论义齿修复联合局部封闭治疗一侧后牙缺失所致TMD是一种良好的治疗方法,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of treating temporomandibular disorders (TMD) with occlusal reconstruction and partial hermetization.Methods:Ninety patients of TMD with one side morsal teeth odontoptosis unrecovered were ran- domly divided into the 3 therapeutic groups:hermetization group,partial teeth recovery group and the combination of the a- bove two therapeutic groups.For artifcal teeth recovery group,dental prosthetic restoration was made for the odontoptosis according to physiological functions,combined with symptomatic therapy.For partial hermetization group,2% dolicaine 1ml and prednisolone acetate suspl.0.5 ml(12.5 mg) were used to block the pain spot weekly,with 3 times as one course of treatment.For the therapy group of artifcal teeth recovery and partial hermetization,the methods above were combined and carried out.Results:The effective rate of artifcal teeth recovery group reached 93.33% and that of partial hermetiza- tion group 73.33%,and the most effective rate was 96.67% in the third group.Conclusion:The therapy of artifcal teeth recovery and partial hermetization in treating TMD with one side morsal teeth odontoptosis is an effective method.更多还原
