【摘要】 目的观察下颌磨牙拔除后拔牙窝内放置湿润烧伤膏(Moist Exposed Burn Ointiment,MEBO)对预防干槽症的作用。方法选择下颌磨牙拔牙病例331例,随机分为两组,一组以MEBO填塞拔牙窝,另一组不放置任何药物为对照,观察MEBO预防干槽症效果。结果MEBO组发生率3.12%,对照组发生率16.67%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论MEBO预防干槽症具有明显作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Moist Exposed Burn Ointiment(MEBO) in preventing dry socket,we placed the MEBO in the hole after pulling out the tooth about mandibular third molar.Methods: Divided 2 groups with 331 people those who needed to pull out the teeth of the mandibular third molar by chance.One group was filled with MEBO and the other was comparation.Results: There had evident difference between the two groups by T-test.About 3.12 per people caused dry socket in the MEBO group and there was 16.67 per rate in the other group.Conclusion: MEBO maybe had obvious benefit in preventing dry socket.更多还原
