【摘要】 网络信息政策法规是数字信息资源国家宏观规划与管理的主要体现方式之一。本文将"效率"思想应用于网络信息政策法规的实施研究之中,明确我国网络信息政策法规实施上存在的缺陷,如管理失衡、监督环节薄弱、反馈渠道不健全等,并提出强化政策法律协调、建立第三方评估机构等对策,建议优化我国网络信息政策法规,提高网络信息政策法规实施的效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 The network information policy and regulations are the one main manifest way of governmental macroscopic plan and the management on digital information resources.This article,based on the thought of efficiency,makes clear the flaws existing in our country network information policy and regulations implementation,such as unbalanced management,weakly supervising link,feeds back channel not to be perfect,and so on.It also puts forward a series of countermeasures,such as strengthening policy and law coordination,establishing third party appraisal organization,and so on,to optimize and enhance the efficiency of the network information policy and regulations implementation.更多还原
