【摘要】 《中华人民共和国政府信息公开条例》的颁布为政府信息公开提供了法律保障。本文阐明了政府信息公开及其立法理论基础人民主权和知情权的内涵与意义,并对《条例》的作用与原则、信息公开的范围、知情权的内容等进行了介绍与探讨,并对信息公开法律规定与电子政务相辅相成的关系进行了分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 The promulgation of the Regulation of the People’s Republic of China on Open Government Information has provided the legal safeguard for the disclosure of government information in China.Regulation’ will enhance transparency of the work of government,promote legal administration and bring into full play the role of government information in serving economic and social activities.This paper demonstrated that people’s sovereignty and the right to know are the theoretical foundation for open government information.It also presented the contents of the regulation including: function and principles;the scope of information disclosure;the right to know,etc.At the end,we analyzed the complementary relationship between E-government and the regulation of information disclosure.更多还原
