【Abstract】 In light of the conservation,management and scarce utilization of ancient rare books at present,as well as the problems existing in the e-enabling construction,and in full consideration of electronic storage,collcting,retrieval features etc.,the paper applies image processing,analysis and recognition technologies,and replication and synchronization technologies of distributed database to research,designs and implements a set of ancient rare books electronic management system that integrates digital collection,image denoising,storage,processing,browsing and digital encryption and other features.The system provides effective ways and means for the preservation,protecting,saving,sharing and reusing of ancient rare books.更多还原
