【摘要】 通过"驱动力——响应——影响——状态表征"逻辑结构,提出一个包含9项指标的信息资源测度体系。用SPSS12.0统计工具对我国31个省市、自治区、直辖市2000-2005年的信息资源指标数据进行主成分分析。数据表明测度结果基本反映我国信息化建设的现状,提出在未来的发展中更要重视信息资源的开发和利用,以推进地区的协调发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper tracking the logistic framework of Drive-Response-Influence-State, brings forward an information resources measurement system which covering 9 indicators. Then it applies the statistics tool SPSS12.0 to carry out principal components analysis among 31 provinces and districts in Chinese mainland in the year from 2000 to 2005.The outcome of measurement shows that it is according with districts development actuality on the whole. Finally, it points out that people should take importance on exploitation and utility of information resources in future, so as to promote harmonious development among different regions.更多还原
