【摘要】 中国和德国的基层(市级以下)图书馆由于国情的不同出现发展模式、经营方式、行业管理和重点服务对象等四大差异。借鉴德国同行激励图书馆内在发展动力、明确现代图书馆的社会职能、强化单向的行业专门化管理、全面提供少年儿童阅读教育等理念和手段能够促进和巩固中国基层图书馆的发展,由此结论,科学发展必须科学认识前行,科学认识在实践中可通过"交换、比较、反复"的方法获得。更多还原

【Abstract】 Due to the different situation of country,there are four main differences between China skeleton library and German skeleton library, such as the modes of development,management,operation,and the key clients.Refferring to the German way of Germany’s prompting the library development incentives,identifying modern library’s social functions,enhancing industry special management,requesting the ideas and means for education of children’s reading,and so on.We can consolidat the development of Chinese skeleton library.Scientific development must be accompany with scientific knowledge,and we can gain scientific knowledge by the means of"exchange,comparison,reiteration".更多还原
