物理化学耦合活化法制备活性炭
ACTIVATED CARBON PREPARED BY COUPLING APPROACH OF PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL ACTIVATION
【摘要】 针对物理活化法制备的活性炭吸附甲烷性能上的缺陷和化学活化法制备条件和工艺上的弊端,创新性地提出物理化学耦合法合成活性炭。所得样品的物理结构性能分别用XRD、低温N2吸附法进行了表征。测试结果表明,新的合成方法不仅在相对温和的合成条件下能制得大比表面、发达结构并具有良好吸附性能的活性炭,而且使生产过程的操作弹性增大,并有效地降低纯化学活化法合成过程中碱的使用量,从而显示出该法在合成活性炭方面的潜在优势。
【Abstract】 To settle the disadvantages of activated carbon separately prepared by physical activation and chemical activation processes, a novel coupling approach of physical and chemical activations was postulated.The physical structures of the corresponding activated carbons were characterized using the XRD and Nitrogen adsorption isotherm.The results show that activated carbons with high sur- face,developed porous structures and bearing high methane uptake could be prepared by coupling approach with soft condi- tions.The alkali addition decreases accordingly.It shows great potential for moderate of activated carbons preparation.
