【Abstract】 The author provides the opinion on how to understand the meaning and the enlightenment of "the Suzhou Manifesto:China’s Libraries’ Information Services for the Enterprises",combining the findings of a research program supported by Hainan Provincial Education Department.In the authors’ opinion,the release of the Manifesto,firstly,has reached a consensus on information services for the enterprises in all kinds of libraries,especially breaks the barrier of traditional concept of the university libraries.Secondly,the Manifesto defines the two orientations which the library should take for the enterprises.Furthermore,the action guidelines of this manifesto have provided the concrete guide for the libraries on what to do and how to do in information services.更多还原
