【Abstract】 The knowledge management maturity model of the library is a stepped guidance system,which is used to define,manage,survey,control,optimize and promote the process of knowledge management. It fixes the good position,controls the orientation and establishes goals for libraries in the process of knowledge management. It also provides evaluation platform for the library implementing knowledge management,facilitates the same understanding of the library to knowledge management,and enriches the library culture.
