【Abstract】 The paper analyses the character and extension of the research libraries in our country, proposes that master degree should be required for new professional librarians and initiate the non-formal continuing education in research libraries, give professional librarians more time to conduct academic research, encourage the subject librarians to provide information services directly for the patron’s research program. Finally, it puts forward that the patrons should be encouraged to take part in the library management.更多还原
