【摘要】 采用盆栽试验研究了不同种类钾肥对烤后烟叶的钾和中性香气成分及非挥发性有机酸含量的影响,以及钾含量与中性香气成分及非挥发性有机酸含量的关系。结果表明,施用钾肥提高了烤后烟叶的钾含量和中性香气成分及非挥发性有机酸总量,降低了亚麻酸、亚油酸和柠檬酸的含量。钾含量和中性致香物质总量以K2SO4增施生物钾肥处理最高,非挥发性有机酸总量以单施KNO3处理最高,钾含量和中性香气成分及非挥发性有机酸含量均以单施生物钾肥处理最低。烤后烟叶钾含量与中性香气成分含量呈显著正相关,与非挥发性有机酸含量呈极显著正相关,说明提高烤后烟叶钾含量能够提高烟叶的中性香气成分及非挥发性有机酸含量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Potassium is very important to quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves.But it remains uncertain how kinds of potassium fertilizers affect the content of aroma components and non-volatile organic acid of flue-cured tobacco leaves.The results obtained from this experiment showed that the contents of potassium and neutral aroma components and non-volatile organic acids of cured tobacco leaves were increased while the contents of citric acid,linoleic acid and linolenic acid were decreased by using potassium fertilizer.The contents of potassium and neutral aroma components of cured tobacco leaves treated with applying K2SO4 and biotic potassium together were the highest than that of other kinds of potassium fertilizers.Otherwise,the content of non-volatile organic acid of cured tobacco leaves treated with applying K2SO4 only were the highest than that of other kinds of potassium fertilizers.The contents of potassium and neutral aroma components and non-volatile organic acids of cured tobacco leaves treated with applying biotic potassium only were the lowest than that of other kinds of potassium fertilizers,reciprocally.The content of potassium of flue-cured tobacco leaves had a positive correlation with the content of neutral aroma components,significantly(p< 0.05),as well as with the content of non-volatile organic acid of flue-cured tobacco leaves(p< 0.01).It concluded that enhancing the content of potassium could increase the contents of neutral aroma components and non-volatile organic acid of flue-cured tobacco.更多还原
