二甲醚部分氧化重整反应器的数值模拟与分析
Numerical simulation of a reactor for partial oxidation reforming of dimethyl ether
【摘要】 为研究二甲醚部分氧化重整反应器内不同气体组分的分布情况,建立了描述反应器内复杂物理化学过程的二维数学模型。利用流体计算软件STAR-CD对模型进行了稳态计算,得到了反应器内不同混合气体组分体积含量的分布情况。为了验证模型的可靠性,在自行设计的试验台上测试了反应器内气体体积含量,经比较计算值与试验值吻合良好,因此模型能够较准确地预测反应器内气体组分的分布。应用数学模型研究了进气流速与燃空比对重整反应的影响,结果表明随流速的增加,重整气中二甲醚与空气的含量增加,氢气与一氧化碳的含量减少;在空气不足的情况下,随燃空比的增加,重整气中氢气与一氧化碳含量减少。
【Abstract】 A two-dimensional mathematical model was presented for describing the complex physical and chemical processes inthe dimethyl ether partial oxidation reformer.The software STAR-CD was used for a numerical simulation and the volume distribu-tions of various gas components along the axial derection of reformer were obtained.The model reliability was verified through a self-designed equipment and the experimental data were in good agreement with the calculated ones,which shows the model can predict the volume fraction of various gas components in the reformer.The effect of the inlet velocity of feed gas and the fuel/air ratio on the reforming reaction was also investigated,and the results showed that with the increase of feed gas flow rate the volume contents of dimethyl ether and air in the reformed gas increased,while that of hydrogen and carbon monoxide decreased;with the increase of the ratio of fuel to air the hydrogen and carbon monoxide volume frations decreased.
